Abigail Caldwell

Tax law wasn't unfamiliar territory for Abigail Caldwell when she joined Frost Law as an Associate in 2026 — she'd already spent time at a small firm focusing on Tax Controversy. Her path to this point ran through the University of North Alabama, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in 2018, and the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2022. Law school kept her busy: she worked as a Student Attorney in the Legal Clinic and took on a law clerk position at a civil litigation firm on the side. Once she graduated, Abigail dedicated a semester to studying tax law at New York University before starting her career in earnest. That mix of classroom learning and real-world exposure has served her well, and she's since become someone the Frost Law team relies on. Clients tend to notice her approachable manner and her willingness to put in the work — both of which help take some of the weight off during difficult tax situations. For Abigail, good service means getting to know her clients and earning their trust along the way. Away from the office, she keeps herself busy with painting, reading, and time spent with her cats.
