Candice Miller joined Frost Law as an attorney in August 2022. Candice assists individuals and businesses with a variety of tax controversy matters and the Employee Retention Credit. Prior to joining Frost Law, Candice was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kevin F. Arthur on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland where she researched a range of legal issues and assisted in judicial opinion writing.
Candice graduated at the top of her class at the University of Baltimore School of Law (UB). During her time in law school, Candice worked as a Student Attorney with the UB Tax Clinic, externed at Frost law, and served as an Associate Editor of the UB law forum. Additionally, Candice served as an Ambassador of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), a Representative of the Young Lawyers Section, a volunteer for the Maryland Access to Justice Commission, and a student liaison for the American Bar Association (ABA) Law Practice Division. In addition to her work with professional associations, Candice was a captain for UB's softball team.
