Background & History

Chloe joined Frost Law as an Associate in May of 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Chloe worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance where she conducted tax compliance for COVID-19 pandemic assistance. She also served as Associate General Counsel for the U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA). While working for the USVIEDA, Chloe provided legal analysis on employment, international, and corporate tax matters.

Following law school, Chloe moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands where she worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Harold W.L. Willock who was the administrative judge for the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. In 2019, Chloe earned her LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown Law.
