Josh Greenberg is Of Counsel at Frost Law, where he focuses on white-collar defense and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses facing complex issues such as health care fraud, public corruption, financial crimes, and major civil disputes. Josh has a strong track record of success, including securing dismissals in high-profile federal cases and obtaining multimillion-dollar recoveries in civil RICO and contract claims.
He frequently represents health care providers in government investigations and prosecutions by the DOJ, HHS, and state agencies. Josh also handles complex civil cases that involve extensive discovery and parallel proceedings. He is known for his strategic approach, carefully selecting a limited number of matters to ensure each client receives dedicated and hands-on representation.
Prior to joining Frost Law, Josh worked at Covington & Burling and Womble Carlyle in Washington, D.C. He clerked for Judge Thomas Ambro on the Third Circuit and graduated with honors from Stanford Law School. Josh is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary society for attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and service to the profession. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and numerous federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
