Kieran Carter joined Frost Law in 2026 as Of Counsel, following a decade as a senior Trial Attorney within the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tax Division. During her tenure at the DOJ, Kieran managed high-stakes litigation involving multi-million-dollar disputes, FBAR/FATCA compliance, and intricate trust structures. She further shaped national tax policy as Counsel to the Deputy Assistant Attorney General, advising on cases destined for the Supreme Court. Today, Kieran applies this high-level government experience to protect clients facing federal tax audits and litigation. By integrating tax strategy with estate transitions and wealth management, she ensures her clients are prepared for both immediate challenges and long-term risks.
