Qiara Butler is an Associate at Frost Law, having joined the firm in 2026 with a solid foundation in Commercial Litigation. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, earned in 2024, and previously completed a Master of Public Administration along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park. Qiara focuses much of her practice on tax-related matters, working to provide clients with clear, practical legal guidance during difficult circumstances. She was recently admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, allowing her to represent clients in federal court proceedings. Outside of her legal work, Qiara stays engaged with her community: she sits on the Executive Board of Maryland Legal Aid's Equal Justice Associates, belongs to the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, Inc., and participates in the LifeBridge Leadership Society, where she works alongside other leaders on meaningful community initiatives.
